The floor I stayed was blackout suddenly, so I called the number but no responce despite the number should respond for 24 hours. In addition, all fire alarms went off in the morning and there is no staff at that time. The alarm was ringing for 1 hour.

We got our room straight away on arrival. 20 minute walk to the Camp Nou stadium. Great price for the night, €45 Very clean room, great bathroom

The staff at front desk were very helpful and concerned with our wellbeing.

There was a problem in the bathroom (water leaking from the ceiling) for which, after contacting the hotel online, we were informed maintenance would only be able to check it 4 hours after we had reported it.

I would never go back there but room was great.

I loved the amazing shower and the fact that there is a boiler and a coffee machine in the room!

The fire alarm is broken, we were woken up at 5am in the morning because it randomly went off. Everybody had to run and get out from the building in the cold morning. Firefighters came and advised they have come before and that the sensors are broken. There was no staff and when you called the hotel number they would tell you, it is already reported. But not one staff from the hotel showed up in the building to offer an apology. They did regular shift. Shameful.

Overall, it is quite decent.

Overall, it is quite decent. All rooms have electronic locks, so check-in is very easy and there is no hassle with keys.

However, watch out if you take a room without a private bathroom! You will end up on the 7th floor, while the toilets are in the basement. So every time you want to go to the bathroom or wash your hands, you have to take the elevator down 7 floors, walk through the reception area and go down another flight of stairs. Hugely inconvenient!

There's a reason it's this cheap

The room was ok, even a little better than what you expect for that money. Comfortable beds, clean toilet and shower and a nice little wardrobe. The heating worked perfectly and the rooms were super quiet.

There were no receptionist in place, everything is automatic. There was an information paper in reception saying that the staff would be there from 10 in the morning, I had to wait until 11h for that person to come. Also, nobody picked up the phone when you called to the provided number. If you go to this hotel hope that you are not having an emergency or problem with the room, because nobody will take care of you!

great value for money

We did not like the fire alarm going off at 5 a.m., of course that it was an incident, but what we really din't like is that there was no way to get in touch with someone from the hotel, as none of the phone no. available for us to call, would actually put us through with someone responsible for the hotel... so then we called the fire brigade, really prompt service, but all this could have been solved a loooot quicker if a hotel staff member would have been there...

It was a horrible experience.

It was a horrible experience. Booking does not tell that the bathroom is not in the bedroom, it is shared and you must go down to the 1st floor! On top of that the elevator goes only tot he 6th floor.... The beds are extremely small. There is but one electric outlet. The wondow has no curtains and not way to block the light from outside at niight! Nobody received me and the instructions did not included that after Booking told me that all was ready I must do the whole payment or they would not let me in..... After so many good experiences over the years with booking, this one truly throws all that down. Want my money back, I want my money back

For me it was a perfect stay.

For me it was a perfect stay. Everything was amazing. Lots of previous comments said that its quite far from everything, even the metro station but personally i love the location. The weather was super nice so 850m to the metro station is nothing. Love the neighborhood, lively yet not noisy. Highly recommend! This hotel is super clean, staff is super nice (he let me check in at noon cuz my room was ready) and it’s modern.

Clean room, with nice views.

It was a bit strange not to find staff for a couple of days. Especially when checking in. I had an issue with a light in the cupboard, that would never switch off, and could not tell to anybody.
